I think you won't find me too innovative with this card but the surprise my niece has given us was too big that I couldn't resist making one for her ( not that we had doubt about her graduation, just didn't expect her to do it so quickly )! I wanted to make something similar long time ago since most of quillers
made one before me and this was the right moment to do it. Perhaps you
know how much I love stamping. Well, the card shape like this is the one
they often use in their craft.
They like to glue or sew buttons but I glued two tiny red coils to hold
the card. I made envelop in same colors.

Wonderful Suzana! I love the quilled hat so much! And of course, the degree is SO neatly done! My husband is graduating soon (becoming a PhD!!!!!!!!). Will make one for him too! :)
